By submitting this form, I and/or my firm hereby accept responsibility for payment of invoice(s) for services requested by me related to the above-referenced deposition(s). I understand that Higgins & Associates does not accept assignment of payment to any party and that payment is not contingent upon the outcome of the case nor on the financial status of my clients  I understand that payment IN FULL is due within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice and that interest and/or late fees of 10% will be assessed after 30 days of the date of the invoice.
